Simply open our Exercise Library to gain access to over a 1000 exercises, all of which are explained using straightforward images, texts and videos.
Opening the workout section will provide you with three predefined workouts to get you started. Once you are comfortable with the format you can press the “Add” button to create a new personal workout.
Once you have created your workout it's easy to email your workout to your friends or to yourself for printing purposes.
